Hi, I'M ALLISON!

I started my homestead prepper journey over 15 years ago. It began in a community garden plot when we lived in student housing. We've since lived in rentals of all sizes before landing on our current homestead in North Idaho.

We have had to ask landlords for permission for chickens or tilling gardens. We've grown in pots, moved fruit trees, and made do with what we had. You do not need land to homestead.

This journey has been a slow one, a steady one. It is a process of learning, making mistakes, and taking the next best step.

I believe that each of us should be prepared because our families are our responsibility. This is also going to look different for each of us.

Prepping is nothing more than planning for the things to come.

So what is your next step?

The information you need to start building your long-term food storage.
