  • Buying in bulk, whenever possible. Don't be afraid to talk with your family, friends, or neighbors about purchasing a bulk amount of something together. 
  • Learning new skills, whether baking and cooking from scratch or pressure canning. 
  • Looking for lightly used or like new items to purchase instead of buying brand new.
